"We had and initial emergency with one of our sugar gliders. He had a dental abscess, and was in desperate need of an extraction. After calling all vets around our hometown (Reno) to not vail, we were refer to Dr. sanchez. She was not only able to do the extraction, but she end up doing physicals in all my gliders, and she performed dentals in 2 out of the 4, all the same day! My sugar gliders are now recovering, healthy and happy! Dr. Sanchez was very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable at all times. All the staff was very sweet! And I also appreciate that they were able to squeeze us in last minute, and saved us of a 6 months waiting period in our hometown. I highly recommend companion veterinary clinic. I will add a picture of our poor guy before surgery!"
"Our vet couldn't get our dog in and suggested we try elsewhere for an urgent care appointment. Companions had a same-day opening and saw our 16-year old chihuahua and diagnosed ear infection. They were so very sweet and gentle with our elderly baby and got her all fixed up including a rabies booster and nail clipping! They were so wonderful that we might switch vets to Companions even though it is a bit of a drive for us. They are even open seven days per week - Saturday and Sunday are emergency hours until 8pm!"
"The good: outstanding staff members.Dogg,my dog,liked them.He had hurt his paw and they were able to see him ,right away. The not-so-good: they were a little too costly. Felt like I was being pressured into buying products that weren't needed .Maybe ,I can return the products and get a refund... hopefully."
"Had a great experience bringing my litter to companion over the weekend. They fit me in despite scheduling last minute and were very professional. Dr. Reget seemed very knowledgeable, took the time to answer our questions and didn’t rush us like every other vet we have been too. Leah was very nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Besides being professional and personable they did a fantastic job with a not so simple procedure and I am happy with the outcome. I can’t recommend them enough!"
"The Urgent Care doctor, Mira Sanchez, was kind, listened, and gave different options with different price ranges for treatments for my dog Max. Besides the circumstances of the visit, she and the other staff members made us feel at ease and taken care of and it was an overall great experience knowing Max was getting the best care possible."
