They will often call me before my prescription is up and ask if I’d like it refilled or give me a heads up that I’ve run out of refills. They’ve filled my prescription on short notice even, when I had a trip that was taking me out of town. I recently received new HSA cards (which meant new card numbers) and they were so kind, patient and flexible when the card was not going through and I had to wait for my husband to call me with our new card numbers.
