"First, I had to delete my five-star review from five years ago. Critter Creek has changed! They never pick up a phone unless it is to disconnect the caller. There's no answering machine. Patients are stacked in the morning, appointments are difficult to get, and the only response is to point to the signs on the door -- "We're understaffed." Yet, they take new patients. My little guy had been going there for 12 years, and they made a lot of money off his heart and kidney conditions. But, when it was obvious he was dying, they couldn't squeeze him in for over a week, didn't even try. I like Dr. Plucker, but since I couldn't get in, get a phone call through for appointments or prescriptions and was treated as a nuisance by the front desk, I wouldn't go back. Critter Creek is understaffed for a reason. Fortunately, I found the Vet Clinic on East Ave., Lincoln. They helped me make the difficult decision and were kind throughout the ordeal. Until they can get back on track, don't take your pets to Critter Creek."

"Critter Creek was our go to for our dog, however over the past 6 months I have not been able to get ahold of the place. They don't pick up the phone, there is no voicemail to leave a message, and no one gets back to you. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for both myself and my dog. Will be looking ELSEWHERE for primary care for my dog and I suggest that if you are reading this I would highly advise you to do the same"

"The appointment went fine but trying to get pain medication refilled was impossible even though there were refills on the medication. So far it's been over 24hours and nobody will return my call. I just want to keep my dog comfortable until it's time. How can they make you go the whole weekend with no pain control?!?"

"Our dog has been going for a year now and so far the staff has been amazing! The doctors have been great too. We have to find another vet for our rabbit though. We’re very happy at critter creek."
