"Bought about 20k in blinds and cabinets. Spent 10 hours in 4 days they ended up mismeasuring wanting me to pay the difference. Went to deal with it had to get a hotel they couldn't even tell me when the managers where in no managers knew how to do a even exchange and put the right ones on fast track. Only 1 person does cabinets but there's a manager good luck with that everyone has a title bit no power. Then I get a call from manufacturer saying completely different from what they say. I wouldn't buy a plunger from them now. Go to a custom cabinet place and pay the extra 2000k it will be worth not having a headache when only 1 person knows anything. Good luck getting that person. I even have a granite or quartz counters I need to do still and I'm going straight to a rock place paying extra otherwise I have to deal with the exact same incompetent people."

"The employees put a great deal of effort into avoiding customer contact. There is zero interest in customer service, and those that are forced to talk with you do not know where products are located. It's like this every single time I've been in the lincoln store in the last 16 yrs. I had a relative that worked in this store and told me the employees make a game out of not helping customers and avoiding interaction with anyone needing help."

"I came to the Lincoln Lowe's to look for some yard items. I noticed a sign in the x-mas area that said select items are up to 50% off. I asked the associate in the area if you could tell me which ones were 50% off and he said unfortunately he could not because not everything was listed that was discounted in the system. He said I could check with customer service they should know. So I went over to customer service and even spoke to the manager and they could not tell me anything about what was discounted or not unless it was on their tag. I then asked about an item I was interested in purchasing as it was on display and they do not have a box for it I asked if there was a discount. She said she could not do any discounts on open items as they are selling the Christmas stuff for full price regardless. I then told her I understand she can't do that but can she call manager over so I could speak with him. She called a manager named Parker over and at first he was reluctant to come meet he just said no when asked about the possibility of discounting something that was on display. Then sounding visibly annoyed on the speaker phone he said he would be on his way but it would be a little while because he was busy. I told her never mind I'll call corporate and see what they say about discounts and if it's possible. She said to him that I was calling corporate and he said he was suddenly on his way. He shows up looking visibly annoyed that he had to come over. I start to ask him about the items and you said we're not selling them for any discount because we're not really supposed to sell them right now anyway. Then I told my come to the store a lot and I know that there used to be quite a bit of stuff up on the wall that is obviously been sold or thrown away. He said he sold it but none were done at a discount. He said they don't do that anymore with open items. Even if they don't have the box. Then I was asking him then can you point out the 50% off items as no one seems to be able to tell me where those are and he told me you can go look and see if you can find one. I said you don't know or can't look it up and tell me where it is? Another customer came up and asked him a question he turned and started talking to them turning his back to me. At that point I felt that Not only was I disrespected but he was done talking with me as I was an irritation in his day. I'm going to recommend to anyone who comes here not to come to the store as that's how you will be treated here. You used to be able to go to these stores and and get customer service and shown some respect. They didn't have to give me a discount I get that but being rude at the end of it because I asked about it as it never hurts to ask is BS. Beyond the fact that I have been here several times showing patronage and have been treated well up until this point and bought a lot of items here. I am not going to come here anymore. They have pretty much lost a customer."
