"The staff at Serrano are all very special people. I’ve been here 2 times for my Guinea pig dottie. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and are genuinely good people. My previous visit was with Dr. Beaudet. She was so gentle with Dottie, and had oodles of helpful information. Such a wonderful Dr. God bless you all at Serrano. :)"

"I was sincerely surprised on how amazing the vet and staff were.... My son and I had a pet bunny and we took him in because he wasn't really eating or drinking. Turned out he was really sick and had some genetic abnormalities... Though he was only 2, and the road to recovery was very low, we decided to put him down... I'm not an animal person, mainly dogs or cats, but I think this hit me hard, more than my son surprisingly... I didn't think I was that attached. The doctor helped with our budget and even stayed a little after hours... And even sent a hand written card from the doctor. I probably will never have to go back to this place, as I vowed never to get another animal because this was just too tough. So just thank you. Everything was amazing. If I were to give 1 feedback note throw a air purifier in the lobby, I couldn't even sit in there my allergies were bad, so that would potentially help others/kids who might not be allergic to their animal but possibly with others/types."

"I recommend Serrano Animal and Bird Hospital over any vet I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a dog owner my whole life, finding a vet was always as easy as finding a grocery store (meaning there are so many in a square mile or so) When we had an emergency situation with our hamster “Noodle”, it wasn’t so easy finding a vet to care enough to even just come out from behind their doors and just visually look or offer some sort of recommendation. After rushing her around and being told “sorry” so many times, I finally found Serrano Animal and Bird Hospital. Dr. Beaudet took Noodle right away, assessed the situation and saved her life. I’m so grateful that they were so caring and compassionate."
