"If I can leave 0 stars I would. Horrible Experience! Do not take your animal here. Their customer service is horrible. They were very disrespectful as soon as I got there. My appointment was at 11:15 got there at 11:17. Lady mentioned we wouldn’t be able to take my cat since we are late and they are taking their lunch. I don’t care about your lunch…How would I leave my animal there if you are prioritizing your stupid lunch over 2 minutes. Wasted my morning time. I called off work to go here and for them to be acting all disrespectful. It’s very frustrating to know people are working with a horrible customer service. Not to mentioned this is our second cat we’ve taken in 2 weeks. We spent over 500 dollars for them to be treating us like this."
