"I came here after a recommendation from a coworker. I never have to wait to be connected when calling in and it's not difficult for me to get an appointment within 2wks. If urgent, they will do everything they can to move you up, even give you a ring if there is a cancellation. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I have a lab who was suffering from sores on his paws which we found was due to allergies. Cathy was great in looking him over and recommending multiple treatment options. After a few tries, we hit gold and all of his issues (infected paws, infected ears, losing fur, overall itchiness) were resolved. Pricing is very fair. They never push products and will recommend alternative sources if they know you can get it cheaper there. We even got a free kong toy last visit that's the new fav - see attached."
