Everyone was so welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions. My dog, Stella, was usually a little nervous at the vet, but he seemed to really relax at Paw Sweet Paw. The staff was very gentle with her and made her feel at ease. The vet was also very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel confident that Stella was in good hands. I'm so glad I found Paw Sweet Paw | Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great veterinarian in Irvine. "We have taken our dog there for years. Both to get groomed and for daycare. I have had some really good experiences with some of the text that work there. I also really love that our dog gets to play with other dogs. And that we are able to watch remotely via video. Usually when he gets groomed there he ends up getting a really cute bow or tie. Which always makes him funnily enough seem more confident and happy. A very nice touch."

"UPDATE: Came in today to see Dr.Cruz & I am even more impressed than the first visit. Dr. Cruz guided us through all our kitten questions/concerns, she was very tentative and even had us giggling through our anxiety/worries! Between the two Dr.s both are incredibly amazing, couldn’t ask for a better set of Dr.s to be here. _________ Starting off with the environment here, it’s very friendly and playful. Extremely big facility so you know everything they offer has a designated area, which is always wonderful to know. While we weren't here for boarding, it seemed very reliable/safe, having TV's in the lobby with live streams going of your furry friends currently at play. They also had a cat boarding area which was visible in the lobby showing the cat trees/playrooms for them while they are staying. Our visit was strictly for the vet to see Dr. Katia. From the Vet tech to the doctor both were very gentle with our handsome kitten & knowledgeable in all aspects. They talked to us regarding any concerns we could have had and only offered us what we would need for initial care exams. This being our first time owning a kitten/cat the visit seemed flawless. The only downside I will say, that doesn't reflect the business as a whole is the under staffing. We noticed they were a bit understaffed as the lobby for vet got backed up quickly. We were still seen within under 20 minutes of our initial appointment time, but again this does not represent the care they provide. We look forward to continue to bring our kitten here!"
