"Bad customer service & horrible gift card issues. If you guys sell the gift cards in store why do customers have to go through customer service for RITE AIDs gift card glitches. Just stop selling them if you guys can't fix the issues, or have better customer service when addressing these issues. The older dude with the hat & glasses is rude for no reason, he didn't help me at all. And don't have self checkout if your machines need assistance & your staff isn't willing to come and help."

"Solve when does ice cream close before 8? A family of 3, literally walked out with ice cream cones as we walked in. We look, and after a good 5 min, the girl tells me ice cream is closed. Need new Managment asap. Terrible service. And with my pregnant wife too!"

"People at the pharmacy are SO RUDE. Aside from making ridiculous mistakes, with the way they charge and not properly check insurance coverage, they don’t know what they’re doing…telling me they won’t fill my 600 mg ibuprofen because that’s sold over the counter. 600 mg? Someone needs to hold them accountable for how they treat people."

"Pharmacy: It was my 1st time getting meds from that pharmacy, well first of all it will be my last time. I had went to another pharmacy in the first place but some of the meds were not available so i went to this rite-aid, well anyways the worse service ever. It was like about 30minutes before closing. I dropped it off and the pharmacist said well it will be ready before we close and i said ok i will stick around the store looking around and she said ok that's fine. So i got some items and i went to the front to pay for them. At this moment they still had like 3 minutes to close so as i was paying my items i saw the pharmacist and other employees from the pharmacy walking out the store to go home. I was like omg really they are going home. Anyways now I'm stuck to get the meds until tomorrow. Top it off those are my son's meds. He's been really sick. Will never go again there to the pharmacy."
