"I have taken my fur babies to the Irvine Pet Hospital since 2009. They always get the best care there. Dr. Perth is my kitty cats' vet, and I am so happy with the way she treats my kitties. They are nervous going to the vet and she and her staff really make the effort to treat them with love and to get them out of there as fast as possible. She is also good about not suggesting procedures or treatments that they don't need."

"I have been bringing my dog here for years and havent noticed anything wrong as my dog has not faced any medical challanges in his life yet. However, these last few months he has had a skin problem that the vets here have failed to solve over the course of about 5 visits. They always give me the same diagnosis similar treatments and assure me everthing should be fine within a week. I have spent like 600 dollars on visit costs alone for them to fix absolutely nothing about my dog. If a vet fails to fix an issue, how is it the pet owners responsibility to come back and give them another try next time, paying full price for each appointment. The money isnt the big issue here, its the fact that my dog has not had relief from his treatment at this hospital whatsoever and has been in pain for well over two months."

"Fantastic pet hospital. The staff is always helpful, organized, and friendly. Doctors are transparent and spend time explaining treatment plans and costs. When urgent matters arise, they do their best to accommodate existing clients. Dr. K and his team are the best!"

"I recently had to euthanize my soul dog here at Irvine Pet Hospital. It was a devastating loss, but the doctors and staff here were so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. I have been coming here for a few years now and was never compelled to write a review, but this experience has driven me to do so. My dog was seemingly healthy and in great condition for her age, but sadly she had some form of cancer brewing inside and we had no clue because there were no obvious signs or symptoms. She suddenly started declining so I brought her in and received the devastating news that not only did she have cancer, but it had spread throughout her body and lungs and there was nothing we could do at that point. A few days later I made the difficult decision to euthanize because she was deteriorating at a very rapid pace and it was simply unfair and cruel to let her continue to suffer. The day of our euthanasia appointment, the staff was so kind and compassionate. They allowed me to bring my dog’s bed and blanket so she would be comfortable in her final moments. They were respectful and allowed me to take as much time as I needed with her without rushing me one bit during each step of the process. The room itself was set up thoughtfully and respectfully. In contrast, I’ve heard other people’s experiences that have not been as compassionate and caring, and for that I am extremely grateful. While I am still devastated because of this huge loss, I left the clinic feeling a little bit at peace knowing they helped her pass as peacefully and respectfully as possible. While I would never wish for anyone to have to go through this with their own beloved pet, I realize it is a reality of life and hope you have as peaceful of an experience as I did with the amazing staff at this clinic. I look forward to continuing our journey with my other dog."

"I'm not really sure where to start as anything to do with my pet is so emotional. I could write a book, but instead I'll just write a few brief sentences about the Irvine Pet Complex. I have never received better care for Jacquie Onassis than I did from Sidney, the Owner to all of the front office staff. They are all truly great people. As for Jacquies Doctor, Dr. Haznat, she is a gem. She is a Surgeon and unfortunately Jacquie needed a few procedures which are not easy at her advanced age. I want to commend Dr. Haznat for her professionalism and also her excellent work on Jacquie. Sure, they are things I can nitpick and throw in, but they are little and in the grand scheme of things I like the Doctor, I like the Staff and I like the results. It *IS* expensive, approaching VCA Tustin territory, but let me tell you, you DO get what you pay for. In closing, thank you to the Irvine Pet Complex. You have a client for life in us.
