"They save our dog's life, straight up. Within 24 hours, she went from death's door to alive and well and they discharged her and saved me a lot of $ when they could have easily kept her longer. The surgeons, the staff, the nurses; everyone lovely and love your pet as their own."

"My 11 yo American field lab was lethargic, panting heavy and could not walk. I was afraid of bloat and took him as emergency to Pacific Care. Quickly they found a mass on liver had ruptured and he was bleeding in stomach. They do not have a surgeon so called Blue Pearl to get him admitted for surgery. They agreed to take him right away. The mass on liver was removed partially and we are waiting for histology results to see if cancer. No matter what we hear, he was saved by the surgery and resting comfortably with me at home. Thanks to all the staff who were involved. Photo of Reign on way to Blue Pearl and photo coming home couple days later not feeling so good but happy to be going home."

"Grateful for them saving my kitty and everyone was extremely kind, hospitable and had a sense of urgency. My only issue was the way they presented the cost estimates and medical solutions. I was presented with an $11,000+ “best case scenario” estimate that I was required to sign if I wanted to move forward with treatment for my cat’s injuries on top of another $8k-$10k if surgery was required. I was DEVASTATED. But I pressed them to do the ultrasound ($700) first which would determine the extent of internal damage and subsequently the cost. After 2 agonizing hours I was incredibly relieved and shocked to find out there wasn’t extensive internal damage and I could take her home the next day at a grand total of $6k. It just made me think, would I have walked away and gave up on my cat because they wanted me to sign the first estimate? Why wouldn’t they say we need to do ultrasound first? I don’t think they were trying to get money out of me. I think they were trying to be brutally honest about costs but just a little prematurely. Anyways, I would absolutely recommend them because I think you’re getting top quality care for your pets. I will use them again and I hope you do as well. Just always push and ask questions at any vet."

"I will forever be thankful for the staff at BluePearl. Brownie my 8 yo lab mix was diagnosed with cancer and the masses were quickly growing. I reached out to 10 clinics minimum and no appointments available or call backs to see him. Dr Hauss took him in and is been under her care and he is doing so good. He is waiting on his last treatment of chemotherapy. Thank you to all the oncology team at BluePearl. You all amazing!!"
