"Had made an appointment for both my birds for wellness check and nails trim. But ended up needing to take one of them earlier due to feather condition. As always, the front desk was sweet. Knew my bird's names and welcomed us with smiles. Upon being seen, a plan was worked out to try some non-invasive. Least expensive treatment first for a few weeks that was best for the bird. Then Dr. said he would do the wellness check on my other bird and trim both birds nails instead of me having to come back. I've always come here for my exotic animals and I will always come back. I love this place."
