"Update: tried to order an allergy medication that my dog has been on for years and they gave me the run around on ordering it until I finally gave up. The manufacturer of the medication said any licensed vet can order it, so not sure what the deal was. Maybe they just didn't want to set it up in their system or they only order medications that they are partnered with? Anyways, was pretty disappointed with that. Took off 1 star. I've been to many vets as I've moved around a lot, and I can say this one has been my favorite. Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled in this case. Dr. Franklin is such a sweetheart. Highly highly recommend."
