"I would not recommend this place to anyone. The therapists are inexperienced and like robots. There is no individualization. Diana Marcias dropped me because I filed a complaint against another therapist years ago and said she was afraid I’d do it to her."

"Extremely disorganized. I met with a therapist for a few sessions that wasn't a good fit, and when I sent in a form to request a different therapist, I've not heard back for months now. I also met with a psychiatrist, who was great, but I had a follow up appointment scheduled that apparently was canceled, though no one notified me. You can't get ahold of anyone by phone, they just phone tree you until you leave a message that will not be responded to in a timely manner (if at all!). Very disappointed with the poor communication of this group."

"Unable to book an appointment with requested provider Z.Defran in San Diego for over a year. Been waited listed several times with zero communication from Foresight regarding any cancellations for over a year now. I would recommend YouTube over this establishment."

"I’m from Norcal but, I was doing Telehealth visits with a therapist from this location. On our first appointment, I told her what I wanted to have accomplished during our therapy and a belief that I am embarrassed to have. Two months in, I told her about my belief and I actually had a breakdown about it the day before. When I told her again about my belief, she acted disgusted like it was her first time hearing about this. She did not remember anything about me or my issues. She never asked me any questions or tried to find the deeper root of my anxiety. She would ask every visit, “So how’s it going?”, and I would tell her about what had happened and that was that. Listening is one part of therapy, giving helpful advice is another to insure that your patient issues resolve."
