"The doctors are great and my kids enjoy the visits in the past few years, but the front desk has poor attitude and is impatient! They only verbally told us a pending charge not covered by insurance for a routine cleaning, which is quite unusual. Upon our request, they sent us a screenshot about the date of the service. We can still tolerate that as we got the info we need to contact the insurance company. However, while we're following up with the insurance company, they sent our pending bill to a collector!!! Come on, is this how you treat a long-term customer? We're really upset about the customer service and will not use them from now on."

"I am not happy with how Coastal Kids handled their recent transition of offices and lost their best dentists. We recently visited and found that the quality of care had declined compared to previous visits. Dr Angela Lee Masterson left this practice and moved to Amazing Kids Dentistry (which I highly recommend). The technicians and dentist seemed rushed and did not provide the level of attention that we were used to. We have changed dental offices to Amazing Kids and are very happy to be reunited with Dr Lee."
