"Go somewhere else. This place is the worst. I’ve been trying to get proof of enrollment for 2 weeks. I call everyday and they keep giving me the run around. This place sucks, the groups are just you watching YouTube Counseling videos. I’m definitely turning in all my documentation with the San Diego Court, they need their contract revoked."

"The lady at the front desk is very rude. I stood at the front window for over 5 minutes before I was helped. And there was no one currently being helped prior to her "helping me". She first asked me my name & then said "you're late. You were suppose to be here at noon." I hadn't set up an appointment or said for sure I was going to enroll. I simply went to the office to get information, considering I called 3 times and received no answer. I feel that is very unprofessional for any business setting. After speaking with her & seeing how rude she was I advised her I would find a counseling center that would be more assisting. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"This has got to be one of the best counseling places ever. This is my 2nd year and they are very understanding i was court ordered to dv classes and my job and financial situation have been a problem with scheduling and they worked with me as much as the law would allow if not more. I have learned alot and changed alot of my behaviors where others would of found me hopeless they were able to break through to me and give me the tools i need to make the right choices and anyone else that would say different is a liar because everyone in the class would agree."

"I attended in 2012 for DV counseling and Mark was my counselor. It was a transformational experience! Mark truly made a difference in my life and I look forward to passing that on to my son. I still have my notes I took during class. I loved the part when Mark discussed the Alpha and Omega as pertaining to finding a mate. Mark taught me how not to be co-dependent and set me on a life long journey of self discovery and fulfillment. Thank you La Mesa Counseling Center. Words don't exist to express the difference you made in my life and that of my son, and that of his kids and on and on since we broke a cycle of violence that will no longer be passed down generations."

"Hi Mark and Teresa, Just dropped in today Wed; 9/17/14 to say Hi and I miss you guys. I also dropped by some Snicker Doodles and left my card. Could I schedule a 15 Minute appointment with Mark to ask his advise about marketing La Mesa Celebrate Recovery and La Mesa Alcoholics Anon; both as you know, are Free and useful for those seeking that kind of recovery while in counseling. As you also probably know, neither of these Free Programs are counseling programs but we do refer that out. Dr. G (Greg Aldana)"
