"Due to the way that Dr. Nav and Dr. Sandhu, as well as every single staff member treated myself, my daughter, and 2 of our cats during 3 separate emergency appointments, I made the decision to transfer care of all 9 of our pets from our usual vet. We have had 3 emergencies come up with 2 of our cats in the last couple months, and although I had tried to get them in with our usual vet, they had absolutely no availability for weeks, and were unable to squeeze us in. This is how I found Lone Tree Animal Care to begin with. Dr. Nav and Dr. Sandhu took some truly terrifying, emotional, and stressful health scares with our kitty's, and showed such an incredible amount of compassion, empathy, and kindness to my daughter and I, along with the dedication, expertise, talent, and determination to get our kitties well and back home with us, I'm still left in awe. If that wasn't enough, every single member of their team is so friendly, kind, communicative, and absolutely lovely! They all go above and beyond! Not just from the time you walk into the door, until you're taking your beloved pet home, but they even follow up at home! So yeah, I wasn't actually looking for a new vet when I brought our cats in, but our experience during those emergency appointments has turned in to them now having all 9 of our furry kids as their new patients! If you couldn't tell from all that I have stated above, I couldn't possibly recommend this office more! If you're looking for a new vet, you will not be the slightest bit disappointed if you choose Lone Tree Animal Care! Trish Salinas, Kat Rowland, Meatball, Potsticker, and the rest of the family!"

"I went to share my whole story, but I exceeded my word limit. Avoid this vet she advertises herself as an emergency veterinarian to try to take advantage of people and charge them more money. I went in for my dog that was vomiting. He’s a year and a half year-old Frenchy completely healthy no problems, he vomits though regularly. This time it was different. His stomach was hard and he wouldn’t stop panting. I walked out with a $1200 bill and five medication’s and pill form that there was no possible way I could give my dog as he was vomiting, not taking food or water. I was also told my dog had a spinal injury. Went to a different vet his real vet the next day That vet a 30 year ER vet said that there’s nothing wrong with his phone in his x-ray. All the medication‘s were unnecessary and could’ve actually caused him more harm than good and just put him on a simple diet and he was fine two days later $1400 broke two days before Christmas Really messed up"

"My 13 year old fur baby tore his nail and was in so much pain on the Friday before New Year weekend. I called Lone Tree Animal Care to see if I could get him in as it was very close to closing time. They told me they would be waiting for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism the Receptionist, Vet Tech and Doctor gave. I loved how they called my dog "baby" when telling me what was going on. I felt bad that they all stayed late, but they reassured me that my fur baby was worth it. Dr. Nav was so nice to deal with. "We love this animal hospital. We have got the best care, and feel we can truly trust them with the care of our pups. The dr’s listen and explain everything from the test and procedures, to the results and after care. They also, follow up with calls to check on how your babies are doing. Yes, it’s expensive, as are all vet services but at least you are getting great quality care and peace of mind knowing your babies are in good hands. We never worry about our pups when we leave them there and peace of mind is priceless."

"I found lone tree animal Care in January when my elderly dog became very ill and the veterinary clinic I had been using for 30 years. Had no appointments for 2 weeks. They referred me to an emergency vet and that was that. Lone Tree Animal Care was able to see her the same day. Sadly she had cancer but the doctors and staff were there for us as we cared for her for her last 2 months. They were amazing. Friday, a kitten joined our family after he was discovered in the engine compartment of my car. We made a same day appointment again and the little guy is healthy and we will be bringing him in for his shots next week."
