"So I originally wasn't going to write a review on this but i felt that this needs to be said because this isn't the first time I've heard this employee argue with another before. I was actually hoping she was probably let go because I recognize her from produce area. Anyways I saw that she was in deli looks like she was making a sandwich ( I was by sushi looking to get a quick bite) and I hear her kind of snap at a coworker that she needed help on the counter. I see her coworker walk over and then all of a sudden I hear them going back and forth. I wouldn't say they were fighting but I can clearly tell that the girl who was making the sandwich definitely had an attitude and was talking over the other the entire time. I only really heard the end of the conversation and I guess the other girl who went over to help is a manager and had to say such to the other. If that's true then I must say I'm appalled that this employee is still working here. She was so rude in produce and I can't believe all they did was move her to a different department."

"Initially I was going to rate a 3 but I’m revising my rating to a 1. I’m a local employee in the area and shop here frequently on my lunches. Specifically today, Adam, one of the supervisors of the Brentwood location was overseeing the self checkout. He didn’t greet me when I walked in just stared. When I got to self check out, he stepped over from his register as if I didn’t sit everything on top of my cashwrap. I noticed he was awkwardly bending to see what I was doing (keep in mind that I’m the only customer at self checkout at the very front near his register). I can see from the corner of my eye that he’s staring so I look over and he shamefully looked away from being caught. I walked out and forgot my bananas, came back and rung them up and there’s a white man and black woman ringing up items and he does the same thing to the woman but not the man. Immediately that confirmed the prejudice and stereotyping. I’m in my uniform name badge and all, plus the woman he did it to was just a solo wife shopping with her two young girls with nothing much in her basket. I thought about leaving a review but decided to call the store instead to inform this misconduct of behavior towards consumers. Adam sadly is the manager on duty, treating customers like this. After he revealed that he was the one I was referring to I continued to tell him that he was wrong for his behavior. Adam immediately cut me off to imply that he’s “apologetic about how I feel” but “he’s not stereotyping, that he’s a minority claiming Hispanic decent and has a black family” to resonate with my issue. When he’s clearly Caucasian. It’s extremely offensive to also portray a race or group of ethnic culture to dismiss accountability of said actions. Adams actions have offended me, though I confronted that he never acknowledged the man in self check out but only myself and the woman. He proceeded to speak over me in a yelling match to prevent me from addressing the discrimination. This issue transpired in the small window of 3/4 minutes It would be unfortunate if Adam does have a black wife and children, the way to treat people of the same descent with inequality would speak towards the true hate that’s being disguised with a marital alliance. Ive lead in customer service and LP for 10+ years. This was a very clear matter of color versus observing body language and applying verbal customer service assistance. It’s extremely disgusting that this behavior is supported and normalized with the sprouts corporation."

"Great selection of items @ Sprouts. My go to grocery store is Trader Joe’s. Sprouts is my #2. Great options and it’s closer to my home. So if I want something quick, I come here. They also have FREE electric car chargers (2) here to charge your car while you shop."

"What’s with these healthy grocery stores? Do they purposely train the employees to ignore customers? The only customer service I received was from a gentleman working in the vitamin section. I was completely ignored by the rest of the staff in every department. I even made eye contact but that didn’t work either. On a lighter note, the store was clean and neatly stocked. They have a huge assortment of just about anything organic. From pasta to supplements you have a lot to chose from. See pics to tell the rest of the story."
