"Always getting exspired items me and my husband have difficulty getting around so my husband goes shopping and once again exspired items they are not cheap but to hard for us to return I want to report to BBB this was bought today 2/4/24"
"Was double charged for a 6-pack of beer, when I pointed out the price being wrong on my receipt, cashier made me walk to to take picture of price on shelf to prove I saw what I saw. By the time I came back, she realized her mistake and refunded me, but didn’t include the tax. When I pointed out I didn’t get that back, one of the workers told me they don’t generally give back tax on refunds, then told me to take it up with customer service. Waited at customer service desk for 10 minutes before someone came up to help and give me back the full amount. Considering they’ve raised their prices to be on par or worse than Raley’s, and without the good customer service, I’m honestly done with Safeway."

"Just a feedback. I go to this store almost every day, and in the last 30-40 days I found boiled eggs in stock only once, and all other times there was an empty shelf. If they are so popular, maybe they need to be put on the shelf more often, or more space should be allocated."
"Came to get cupcakes and a floral arrangement last day of school and promotion/grad day. No order made ahead. Had cupcakes in my daughters school colors and beautiful arrangements. I picked a floral arrangement and had them add a few specialty rainbow silver dipped roses. She had it done within 5 mins, even with other customers coming up, and it turned out fantastic. Three ladies on staff, they were prepared. Excellent management."
