Why even text and waste both your time and mine? Taking my business to a facility with providers and staff that actually care, and will assist patients from the start. Worst first impression."

"Very unprofessional, finished my counseling sessions and Dr selim never recorded two of them and told social worker I needed to finish them even though I was charged for all of the sessions, furthermore he then wouldn't provide a mandatory completion paper j had to provide to the courts for my kid, asked for the paper for almost 3 months.. was recommended suing them which I will be following through with asap and refusing to pay for my services as they refused to follow through with there part.. DO NOT GO HERE go somewhere else there is plenty of other counseling services that are both professional and will respect there clients, to say I'm both livid and embarrassed is an under statement"

And the office staff are rude, disorganized, and incompetent. I would never recommend that anyone ever go to New Day Institute. It's more like abuse than therapy..."
