"I had an appt with Sequoia. My cat had a gaping hole in her neck from her scratching it over and over again. I didn’t realize there were two Sequoia’s in my area. I went to one…. Not the other. I needed up being late. My cat mind you , had a hole I could stick my finger in to the muscle. They refused to see us on the account I was late. No exceptions. They don’t really care about the animal. They care about their money, their lunch breaks and getting off on time. They made me leave with a hole in her neck. I was so upset I gave them some choice words and now I’m permanently banned from all Sequoias. Class act. Real care here folks. Lol go elsewhere."
