"I've been a regular at Rehab and Revive's cold plunge facility in Tustin for several months now, and it's been an incredible journey of rejuvenation and healing. The plunge tank here is of exceptional quality, always impeccably clean, and maintained between a bracing 38-47 degrees. The facility provides fresh towels and offers a private space, making each session comfortable and focused. My routine involves a 15-minute full-submersion cold plunge, right up to my neck. "Dr. Lin came highly recommended by one of my best friends, and I wholeheartedly share her enthusiasm for Rehab and Revive now. Dr. Lin is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and thoroughly discusses his treatment plan with you. His staff, Ashlee and Tatiana, are so sweet and professional and add nice notes of encouragement to the door of your treatment room every time you come in. Also, Rehab and Revive has all additional COVID safety measures in place to make all their patients feel safe and right at home. In contrast to other PT offices I have been to, Dr. Lin has individual rooms for each of his patients and spends the entire time one-on-one with the patient. Rather than just prescribing the cookie-cutter frozen shoulder exercises, he took his time to really discover not just what muscles and ligaments might be tight in my shoulder, but also how the rest of my body might affect the issue. Dr. Lin really designs a treatment plan designed specifically for you, and he uses his own very special and very effective technique to get immediate results. By the time I came to Dr. Lin's office, I had been struggling with a frozen shoulder for over 6 months. I had gone to other physical therapists and religiously followed their exercise plan, but with no improvement. Instead things seemed to get so bad that I started believing there must be something wrong with my bones. An X-ray proved me wrong and then Dr. Lin proved me wrong. He used a varied of techniques to unlock knotted and tight muscles and ligaments that were incredibly effective. After my first session I saw immediate improvement and now, after just 11 sessions, I am back working in my pottery without pain. I can highly recommend Dr. Lin to everyone!! He might be more expensive than other physical therapists, and you'll have to submit your proof of payments to your insurance company yourself, but it is so worth it!"
