Clean facility, clean mats, plenty of class times with excellent instructors. Come in, learn the gentle art, get some great rolls in and feel good! "I can't say enough Good things about Werneck Family Jiu Jitsu. I tried out Jiu Jitsu while trying to recover from a crossfit injury. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to train under Darren. He is an incredible professor that teaches in an organized and consistent manner. I actually look forward to waking up at 5:30 AM to go to Class. I'm getting a great complete work out, making new friends and learning skills to protect myself and family. Both my daughters age 8 and 11 also train here and the have progressed so far in terms of confidence, respect and self defense. They had spent several years in Kung Fu and I never really understood what they learned. From Day 1 in class the kids are rolling and learning how to deal with real situations. My older daughter says, "I love how I learn to be a better person while learning self defense. I also like that I can defend myself and control attackers without permanently hurting them."
