"I severely injured my back about six months ago. I was in pain and couldn't do my daily activities. My doctor recommended doing physiotherapy, I went to Pleasanton PT. They brought me back to my normal life within five months. I am now completely mobile and am able to do my regular activities at ease. I had Apoorva as my therapist, who is highly experienced and knowledgeable at her job. At first she provided me with a proper evaluation and an initial course of exercises. After I became comfortable with those, she guided me in ramping up to resistance exercises. Apoorva has been very attentive throughout my progress with the therapy and provided active supervision. I also had Alex as my core-strengthening exercise guide. Alex is very good with technical understanding, he listens carefully to his patients and provides right customizations of exercises wherever it is required. I had a great experience working with Pleasanton PT therapists and would highly recommend them."
