"From our family to your THANK YOU for assisting last Friday when Buddy got hit by a car. Special shout out to Kimberly and Dr. Ron for their kind heart!"
"We had an elderly cat with severe health problems that couldn't be cured. They did such a good job of helping us and our cat to have good little while together as he passed. Dr. Ron's was recommended to us by friends and we're glad we followed their advice."
"It's pretty sad that I have always praised Dr. Ron even though everybody I talk to says they wouldn't go to him. I literally don't know one person who takes their pet here. But I have always been happy with him and the staff, until today...it's not quite Dr. Ron, but his answering staff. The lady I talked to today was extremely rude and she's been there a long time. I've been going there a long time. Dr. Ron has seen one of my bunnies a couple years ago when he did see exotics, but apparently, now he only does the spay and neutering of bunnies...of course, that's the only area you will make money...back then, i was provided a quote in case...they quoted me for the male i had with me as well as a female they have never seen before. They asked, do you want me to include the quote for the female"? Well, sure...I received an emailed quote for a male and female even though, the female was not present...but heaven forbid they do that now...she stated that each bunny needs to come in and be seen for $70 each...this, just to tell me that it's going to be between $500-$700 or more per bunny to have them spayed or neutered. Nice play...at least you get something when they decide there's no way they can afford it...those who can, I commend you. So, somebody like me who needs to go through VCAS to get it at discounted rate, I can't afford $70 per bunny just to get a quote that's far beyond what i could EVER afford. The greedy just get greedier! I'm not one of those people who have pet insurance, not affordable... Once I realized she didn't have a sensitive bone in her body, I asked if he could just look at my 2 week old baby bun and I was shut down before I could say why. I told her it was just because he's bloated, his privates keep scabbing over....she cut me off. My poor baby has not been able to go to the bathroom and we're not sure the last time. His little furry tummy is so bloated, we don't think he'll make it through tonight unless we can clear it out or get him opened up...He looks miserable and he's squeaking a little bit...bunnies typically don't squeak, not like that. But that lady wouldn't listen to anything...just pushed me off to two different places that aren't even in the area. If my baby passes tonight, it will be really disgusting that a man who once saw one of my bunnies, couldn't just look to save the baby who died for no reason. I know he can be saved. It's really sad how greedy medical professionals are, regardless of what medical profession. Extremely disappointed in the staff over there. And how rude and dismissive people can be. Financial times are tough now with all the strikes. If you're not affected, you don't care."
"Very compassionate Doctor. My dog passed at his office and his staff was so kind and apologized for my loss. I have since taken my new puppy there and Dr. Ron gave my new pup a thorough exam and a clean bill of health. Highly recommend this vet."
