"Nothing against the Pharmacy - this review is directed to Walgreens.. we created appointments for our 4th Covid 19 shot, online at their website. We show up for the appointment, and the ONLY thing their system kept was out names. I had to give ALL of our info again, through plexiglass to an associate who's 4 feet away, wearing a mask. First off, I felt really uncomfortable yelling my personal information, so that half of the store could hear. They try hearing them speak, with an unnecessarily loud speaker right above you. (it ain't over yet) THEN, fill out a form with all of the information I just yelled out to the pharmacist - this made absolutely NO sense. After which, during payment, their system is asking for my phone number, and how I am related to each of the family members. *just huh* why.? After which we then get to wait for 20mins, to be told they DO NOT have the 4th vaccine for 1 of us. Now the fun begins - I get to spend another 10mins at the counter, getting a refund. The last time I checked, before they even take your money, shouldn't they, I dunno !!CHECK THE FREAKING COVID CARDS!! - now I get to wait 3 to 5 days for my $400, while they charge me another $200.. never again folks, never again."

"Takes forever to get your pick up Bad actitud. They said something and never happens. They enjoyed playing with people. I can tell. Never answer the phone. All ready bad in this store. Never come back again. Switch my pharmacy."

"Not as clean, or organized. The staff are friendly but when I visited it was too busy and they were not in a mood. The shopping center is not too busy and you can find parking spaces easy."

"We switched my sister's medication to this location yesterday (6/4) and were told it would be in the next day. I called around 11am and was told it'd be in after 5pm, was told of no issues with her insurance. I call after 5pm and now it's a completely different story and suddenly there's no information regarding her medicine changing there. When I question how I was given a different story earlier in the day, the woman hangs up on me. This is how you want to treat people???"
