"I like the store but the ppl in the deli are lazy and ignore you when you need help the guy literally looked right at me and continued talking to his coworker. Same with the bakery the girls will walk off when they see you coming like if you don’t like the job find a new one. Yall lack customer service skills!!!!!"

"Store is beautiful and clean but much needs to be said about the employees. Rude... At checkout both the checker and box person, no greeting, no smile. No response to a "good morning" from me or anyone. I told them both " Have a good day" but no response. Wow...won't be shopping there any more. Sticking with my Stater bros.in Menifee."

"I usually wouldn't leave a comment but, I have to say something about the AM female custodian. Every time I go in there she always has this stank face. Like she just pooped on herself and smelling her own disgust. If you're going to have her on the floor can you ask that she smile a little. Next piece of business this morning, I purchased a lb of Applewood bacon from the meat department. While waiting for assistance I had this thought, is the area behind the counter raised? I looked and said no, it's floor level l, I'm just funsize. Then I noticed all the men cutting the meat with no gloves on. Just bare handed, there was 1 guy who had 1 glove on, he had a firm hold of the meat with, while he cut it with his bare other hand. I never seen anyone wash their hands either. I thought to myself well, we're going to cook the heck out of anyway. My kids like their bacon near burnt. I was thinking but, what about the people who don't cook their meat thoroughly? Anyway the gentleman that helped me was nice but, he had some kind of raw meat on the side of his hand. When I got home and unwrapped the bacon, whatever was on his hand was in my food. Gross. Like I said I was going to cook it to hell but, it's still nasty."

"I ordered the family size sandwich today 12/12/2023 at approx. 9:30am. I spoke with Allyson, she was very professional. When I opened the sandwich at home I realized that the bread was hard. I called the store manager, I believe his name was Doug. He was professional until he asked me to bring the sandwich back and if it would be ok for them to switch the meats from the old sandwich to the new soft bread. I couldn't believe this was a manager speaking. I said, sir that's gross. I am still in shock. I will never purchase another sandwich from the Iris Stater Bros. Deli. And if you do, please ask for fresh bread."

"This is a great store I always find what I need. Their meat and fruit and vegetables are the best quality. I love their deli and bakery section for all the choices they have."
