"If I could give a zero I would. Third time coming here and this time for my first pregnancy. Had a referral sent since August 21st and mad an appointment for the end of month. Come to find out front desk never set my appointment and we’re not able to find out who made appointment. Front desk try to fix the issue but I was very disappointed to know that next first appointment to see my baby would take another month. I’m not even sure how far along I am now. This is seriously a huge neglect in patient care."

"Came here for my 2nd pregnancy and now now for my 3rd. I’m supposed to be giving birth in 2 weeks via c-section and they still have not made the time to set a surgery date for me. I have 2 other kids that obviously have to be watched while I’m in the hospital for a few days and they don’t even have the decency to set a date so I could plan it with my family members and my husband who also needs to take off work. This is so frustrating! I’ve called for assistance with this issue and I go in weekly for check ups and there is ALWAYS an excuse. They also put you on hold and totally forget about you for such a long time. It’s happened to me and I have seen and heard it happen to others when I’m inside of the office. They think it’s funny when they forget. Such a shame to have these negative experiences because for the most part, the people that actually see me and the assistants that take my vitals are so kind. This is mostly a front desk issue."

"I had a really bad experience! The ladies when performing procedures did not tell me why they were doing it- one of them been blood samples, for which I needed to fast. They never told me I had to fast. One of the results came back (obviously) “not normal”, and they said they had to “repeat the test”, saying one of the causes could be “technical difficulties”. They never explained that the fact that I was not fasting could be a cause for the abnormal results, which my new doctor (I changed facilities) today explained to me. I desired as well for my mother to come in with me, and they didn’t want to let her. Overall, it was very unprofessional. Not a place where I felt comfortable, safe, and respected."
