"Kaiser is very reluctant to act even when they know what the problem is. Most of their solutions take place on a computer keyboard, when do the Doctors get to be Doctors and actually treat their patients. The Fontana Medical Center treat their patients like cattle especially the specialists, what ever happened to common courtesy? They have many departments in one location which is convenient, but, it's very easy to pass the buck and in some cases it's a diversion, which is to their convenience at the expense of our health."

"Had mitral valve replacement and repair of a congenital hole in my heart as well as an atrial septal aneurysm. I am about 3 1/2 weeks out from surgery and I want to complement the entire staff - nurses - physicians - therapists - and Dr Daniel Serna, who did the surgery with the assistance of many. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted in the OR (Gospel), and everyone was so encouraging and understanding. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like they really cared that I do well, feel well, etc. I never felt embarrassed or neglected. They did everything possible to make me and my husband comfortable for the week I was there. I just want everyone in the CICU and Cardiology to know how much I appreciate them and the miracle of extra years that they (and God) have allowed me to have."
"UPDATE: Changed review from 3 to 1! None of them charging! =============== Can someone please fix this? It would be nice to have an actual phone number (link to a form) posted somewhere near station that we can call and report broken charging station! I already contacted PowerFlex and they said they don’t maintain those charges. Mentioned to KP staff about out of service charger a week ago and a week later still stands there broken!"
