She has no Empathy for other and can CareLess about the patient. If this is their front desk Then I don’t wanna find out what the back is all about. This is a Mirror of the Doctor. Wrong Choice Doctor ! There is nothing happy about this Unhelpful Woman! And she’s your manager!? Please get her off the phones ! And hire someone else with more charisma and empathy. She is also vendictive. I told this lady I will call her back it took me 1 min to call her back and she claimed I had lost the appointment we had discussed she had given it Away. Lie! Lie! Lie! Lie! Impossible Liar of a woman. It took me 1 Minute to call back and because she wanted she pushed me from the 23rd to the 30th just because. No ma’am!!!! You are a vendictive person your a Liar and you have no Customer skills. Very Upset by the way she handled this. If you have no Symphaty for Other’s Miriam. what are you doing working there!!!!? I really hope the Doctor reads this and finds another person for his phones You are Horrible."
