"I can’t share a review about actually being there because I never got the opportunity. TMI but my iud came out & I’ve been bleeding for a MONTH. I was referred here by a PA at the emergency room & said that he spoke to the Dr directly and knew I was coming in. I called the following morning and the rude receptionist wouldn’t even here me out. She just kept saying I needed a referral from my pcp. Fast fwd a few weeks, I get my referral. I’m still bleeding so it’s urgent. I call to make an appt and she says they can only take in new patients at the end of November. THREE months from now. I explained that I’ve been heavily bleeding for a month & she still insisted on November. What kind of women’s wellness place is this if they don’t even acknowledge your wellness? What kind of place doesn’t acknowledge the severity of someone who has been bleeding for a month with a referral from the ER AND A PCP? Disgusting."

"The Dr is okayish but that's about it. If your a bigger girl or even have bigger arms be prepared to hold the blood pressure cuff closed which will elevate your blood pressure reading and the nurses will not take your blood pressure again if you ask. I have a sodium sensitivity the Ob Dr keep recommending me to up my sodium against my General Dr advice. General Dr was not happy with OB recommendation. Be prepared to wait almost an hour at minimum past you're appointment to get seen. I also almost urinated myself more than once because the front desk were to busy to allow me to pee in a cup and I was told to hold it if I can. The Dr treated me as a number and didn't listen to anything regarding my concerns. The front office can be rude most days also be prepared to wait another 30-50 mins after your visit to just get another appointment set up. They also do not bother handing out any information regarding what over the counter meds and food are safe during pregnancy. Dr did not respect my choice for a second c-section and kept pressing me to have a vbac even thou I have family history for emergency csection and family members on both sides with mobility issues (paralyzed) from complications during birth. There are better Dr with better ratings than this clinic. Your better off going some where else"

"The doctor and the medical staffs are nice. But the non medical staffs are extremely rude. Despite having a scheduled appointment at a particular time, the wait would be long, taking almost 2 hours or more each time I visited. Besides nothing is electronic, they take cash and give hand-written receipts. Misplacing the receipts will cost you paying way more, if there is any discrepancies regarding how much you were charged and how much your insurance actually paid."

"I highly recommend to go ELSEWHERE!! - long waits.. feels more like a DMV - Staff is not informative -Very rude - small rooms - Dirty I was a referred patient to this clinic for an IUD replacement. Got an appointment was only informed to arrive 10 to 15 min early to fill out paperwork as a new patient. It took 2 hours to get called in just to get weighed and vitals then was asked to wait another good 20 in waiting room. Once a room was available 10min for doctor to see me and ask what I was there for and send me home to wait on insurance approval.. receptionist said we will call you once your insurance approves the IUD. My insurance sent me an approval notice via mail after 2 wks. I called the clinic letting them know they said to ignore my insurance letter that they would give me a call once they receive the IUD.. 3wks after no call . I called again and after my complaints I got an appointment. The day of IUD replacement the wait was still as long as the first visit. Had to give urine sample before hand. The name on urine sample cup was not my name. I informed the nurse she responds "are you getting an IUD" I say yes .. she says ok go ahead..No instructions what so ever on what to do with urine sample afterwards. I come out asking were do I place it the nurse responds with no eye contact "over there". This was my first time giving a urine sample.. I don't know what's an over there. The pictures of the restrooms I took are just plain disgusting and pretty much sums up the whole experience here. Not pleasant at all. Seems as if they do the urine samples in there. Urine all over the sink and even a test strip.This was around 10 a.m pretty early in the day of business opening"

"The staff was kind of rude and not helpful. They simply denied me rather than offering me options, so I couldn't even attend my scheduled appointment and when I asked to reschedule they didn't want to help. Overall unhelpful and a waste of time since I didn't even get the chance to see the doctor."
