"She is very nice but the medical practice where she works does not do anything helpful as soon as you get pregnant. She helped me with PCOS (metformin and birth control) but this is not a place specializing in fertility and gynecological issues. For my prenatal appt they took a photo of my gestational sac and took my Urine then sent me on my way. There is no special folder with Mommy resources, no discussion about how to take care of yourself in your first trimester. They don’t discuss foods you can/cannot eat and when they don’t understand that prenatal pills with gelatin are NOT vegetarian-friendly. Again, her medical office is just messed up. They will hold on to your bills for the year and not tell you what you owe them until a year or two later. Also, the office staff falsely told me they accepted my medical insurance. They have no idea what they are doing."

"Dr. Janet Vadaparampil is great and I chose my insurance just to keep her as my OBGYN. Unfortunately, I believed the office staff when they told me that they accepted my insurance (meaning they are in network etc). They were completely mistaken and now I am paying full price of a year of service. They don't charge you upfront. They don't bill you on time. And they misrepresent the payment/coverage of service.I have no complaints about the quality of medical service but they misinformed me when they said they accept my insurance."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment at 930 and showed up 10 minutes early. They took vitals and asked me if I could come back in an hour, which was at 11. I came back at 11 and they let me know the OB would be available in 20. They let in 3 people that were not there when I first came in then morning before me. I waited for 45 minutes before asking how long it was going to take and they told me someone was getting an ultrasound done and they needed the ultrasound room. No big deal, except for the fact that I waited 45 minutes longer just for them to ask me if I could come back later again because she had a delivery to do! Unless you want to waste 3 hours of your time waiting around just to be asked to come back again, I would go somewhere else!"

"I had all my prenatal care with Doctor Vadaparampil she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had very caring and takes her time explaining everything to you answers all your questions I always felt comfortable and well taken care of. I was very pleased with the service I received from her staff the girls are all very nice! My delivery was a c-section and I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting such a pleasant experience the scar was well done."

"Dr. Vada has great bed side manners, she's very polite with great communication skills, not once have I felt rushed, nor have I walked out with questions unanswered. The office staff has been great as well, they are all very friendly and helpful. Only bump on the road the wait time could be a little long. I have visited the Riverside office and Moreno valley office, both with great services."
