"Almost went with a different groomer after reading some reviews but then noticed it's pretty common for pet groomers to get chided by unreasonable pet owners, I guess people are just really passionate about their animals. Anyways so I went with this place and I'm glad I did. I could tell they really cared about making both me and Polly happy. Polly's still a puppy and kind of going through a biting phase, and the groomer, Tony (I think) was able to recommend some solutions that sound like they'd really help."

"We had this service 3 times. Our oldest dog Phoenix (15 years old) who is a Husky was groomed by this company. He was older but very healthy. He has never been sick. We think wa heat stroke per our vet. He never recovered that day. They used a cloth muzzle when they dried him. It wrong size. And according to the owner they are to take it off every 15 minutes. She the groomer did not. He wore it for 1.10 minutes without her taking it off. I went out several times to check on him and had to make her stop blow drying him. From what I understand from the owner it is a training issue. He died that same evening. They never did contact us back after they said they would. I had to keep calling them back. They didn't offer our money back ~ absolutely nothing !!Terrible shysters ~ still no word its been weeks now. We are so devastated from over our loss. His brother Maverick 13 years old (husky) his partner in crime is still walking in circles by the pool looking for him. We had asked for another groomer and they were sending a guy this time that is well trained. But he didn't show up. When Frida arrived she asked why they were sending someone else. what did they say about her. Not professional."

"The worst groomer I've ever dealt with my entire life. The groomer Alycia came out and butcher my beautiful goldendoodle. She returned my dog back still with wet hair because it was going to take to long to complete the job. She did not even trim his sanitary area. She didn't cut his nails because she said she wasn't sure if he would like it. She left Matts on my dogs face and when I asked her about it she told me to brush it out. Then she collected her $136 and off on her dandy way. After leaving I noticed she ruined the back of my dogs hair. I finally called the company and explained how upset I was and needed my dogs hair to be fixed. They said that the reason he looked the he did was because he is a goldendoodle and they can't spend to much time on him because it would cost money. What does that even mean. I asked in that case if I may get a refund so I can take my dog to another groomer. She said no because the job has been done. Ridiculous if you read the rest of the reviews they are all the same. They are a nasty, unprofessional scam artist. If you love your dog do not ever use their services. Take your dog to a local groomer they will do a better job and for way less."

"My Son Hired them to groom our dog. Bryon came to our house and we showed him pictures of what we want to see after the job and when I saw our dog I was shocked with disappointment. we paid $114 for the service we normally pay $70 and the dog looked horrible. he cut his ears too short, cut the head and face too short, did not cut the hair on paws or his lower area at all , no nail cut, it was just horrible. I asked my son to contact the office and a week later I found out he had not so I contacted them requesting a response which few days later after playing txt I received a message since I contacted them a week later they are willing to send another groomer but at a cost of $62.5. I am actually more upset of the response which is shown the poor level of customer service after such a bad job."

"If i could give a negative ten review i would! They practically ended our senior dog's life. They arrived 3 hours early when primary owner was not home, sent someone who could not lift the dog (were told this would be required), charged full cost when they left this senior dog sopping wet. Traumatized this 16 year old dog so thoroughly she still hasn't recovered. Thinking of sueing!!!"
