"Can you believe this is the same dog? I am so upset! I took my beautiful dog in for grooming and came back in to find she had been shaved with no warning. I cannot believe these irresponsible groomers did this without even picking up the phone to talk to me first. I would have been glad to pay for any extra dematting or even picked her up and taken care of her myself. Even in the worst of situations, her ears and face should have been salvageable and even then I would have expected a phone call. I will never ever bring my dogs here again. It will take months for this to grow out. When the groomer saw my review, she posted back an ugly response. I contacted the home office and no one ever got back to me."
