"Liberato Martinez is a liar and a thief. Please stay away! He is not a Medicare agent. He preys on the elderly and disabled. He calls repeatedly around Medicare’s open period from October to December stating he is a Medicare agent, which he is not. He proceeds to swindle you by putting you into a plan that works best for him and makes him the most money, which ends up being a plan that’s more expensive and has less coverage for the insured. He refers to himself as a Medicare agent the entire time. And there’s no way to get off his list of contacts. So after he screws you over, you still receive mail all year long and then the calls start up again. Worst experience ever!"
