"I missed out on at least $1200 on discounts over that last years with Patricia Ruiz as my Farmers agent. We have used Patricia Ruiz for our Homeowner insurance but the few times I called I always got stock Adriana. She seems to be nice but not very knowledgeable and has more the roll of an receptionist/assistant. Contacted her several times about a business and a Umbrella Insurance. They never follow through or called back so I finally gave up and switch to another Farmers Agent. Wow what a difference.... Finally getting to talk directly and all the time to my Farmer Agent - no longer have to deal with an receptionist/assistant. Unfortunately I missed out on 25% discount a year on my Homeowners insurance while with Patricia Ruiz so not very happy about that but at least I finally made the switch and now I have an Agent that is knowledgeable, proactive and has my best interest in mind."
