"Overall Fred Loya has been a headache since I transfered over. Was offered roadside assistance now that I need it, I called the roadside assistance number and can't find my policy # Got crashed and since we both had fred loya they didn't properly investigate and even with the physical evidence at hand I got deemed at fault. Now I'm getting sued. It's been a hard and emotional roller-coaster with them. Don't recommend."

"Representative Jazmin didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing . She kept calling other people to help her out. When I asked her questions regarding the policy we were trying to get she seemed annoyed . As a customer service representative for another company I know when someone is not being their most genuine self trying to help . Also, she seemed to be bilingual but when translating to my mom in Spanish she didn’t know how to . I had to re explain to my mom what she was “trying” to say . It was the attitude for me in general because even I myself have trouble translating sometimes but I try my best to keep a good attitude."
