"Food in the Dorm cafeteria at UCSC is beyond awful. The kitchen food preparer can't even cook simple pasta. Just to give you one of many examples of how "lazy" they are in terms of preparing for the dorm food. The tofu they provide is simply coming out from Tofu container & spread some salt on it. This is how they try to meet the requirement of providing Vegan choices. Most of the food choices are not healthy at all. They use lots of processed meat."
