"I visited The Reiki Effect for a session on the Biomat as well as Reiki. The office is easy to find, gorgeous and inviting, the room warm, soft and relaxing. Kay was very accommodating getting me situated comfortably as I have an injury. I was offered headphones to wear for the music which blocked any highway noise. When I mentioned I could not feel the vibration very well Kay was able to adjust that to my preference. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. Like a deep sleep. The music and vibration, which is constantly changing patterns, just lulled me to sleep. Which is really saying something as I have never fallen asleep receiving a service before because I cant relax! Kay was very gentle waking me. I received a Reiki session immediately after and I recommend that as you are already relaxed from the biomat, and ready and primed for energy work. I don’t often “feel” anything with Reiki, but I could definitely feel something with Kay! It felt like she was moving around and clearing spider webs throughout my body. It was amazing. Kay and The Reiki Effect are amazing! I highly recommend!"

"Kay is a wonderful healer that offers a variety on non-pharmaceutical relaxation and pain relief options. I originally visited with her about try the Biomat and acoustic mat to relieve some back pain. Middle of winter is a great time to lay on a giant heating pad with layers of amethyst crystals while listening to relaxing music and having the sound waves roll through your body. My next visit was to try Reiki when she ran a special deal. I wasn't entirely sure about Reiki or how it worked, but her energy manipulation helped relieve pain, tightness, and blockages in areas we hadn't even discussed. I love how flexible she is when working with me. I have tried Reiki, Biomat with acoustic mat, and her sauna. All three were lovely and helpful in their own ways. The facility is clean and provides a safe environment. I recommend trying her out if you have been considering any of her options."

"I have been suffering for years with leg and neck pain, after my first appt with kay my pain down my leg Diminished incredibly. I could kneel down and my leg did not go numb or Spasm. Amazing! Also, Now i can move my neck without the crunching noise and the headaches are and almost Non existent. It is unbelievable how much movement and feeling I have through my body.
