"Absolutely horrible company. Scheduling behind the wheel is a nightmare. They failed to submit paperwork to state. Corporate is offended by complaints about their company. Use some other company."

"Everything about Just Drive Glendale is problematic, most of all their lack of administrative support when it comes to unlocking the online test, reaching someone during business hours regarding behind the wheel, and filing paperwork to allow students to get their license in a timely manner. For the price we paid, the administrative service was sub-par and without the ability to contact a human via phone, I am left to email multiple times for them to file paperwork for lessons we completed in time."

"***Update*** I added some stars because the owner contacted me and got my child in for behind the wheel right away. He mentioned they had issues with an employee who is no longer with the company. I would still caution that it is a lottery system for BTW and your kid might not get in right away. *** If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst business I have ever worked with. They use a lottery system and our kid has been waiting over a year to get behind the wheel instructions. I contacted them for a refund which they texted they would send it out months ago and we still don't have the refund. Beware parents, this place is terrible!!"

"I had a terrible experience with this place. The instructor was unprofessional and was not interested to teach my son how to drive. I had to teach him. When I thought it was the instructor's job. He is sitting not saying anything and being extremely rude to the kids. It is without talking about securing a lesson that is taking place as a casino roulette. Impossible to have more than 1h/month, and sometimes you miss the month. My son still did not learn anything, just to be a little more confused. Impossible to call them or write them. It is the WORST place I have ever seen in all business categories, in all my life !!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality driving instruction."

"Not one to provide bad reviews often, though we have only had issues with Just Drive. Their customer service is lacking, do not in a timely fashion respond to phone calls, emails, and per our son, their training is 'glitchy' and will crash and lose progress. The process to schedule behind the wheel training is a lottery system with limited slots further complicating the process. Instead of working collaboratively through these issues, they cancelled our behind the wheel training without our consent causing more hassle (though they did refund us the full cost). We look forward to continuing the process with Easy Method who picked up our call right away to enroll our son in behind the wheel training."
