"I've been with CPT TRUST INSTITUTE 2016 and I agree with the other Post CPT TRUST INSTITUTE has a problem with answer phones calls later payment has damaged my Credit Score, I have a lot of questions about the the system of CPT TRUST INSTITUTE regarding we payment for service and I don't receive any respect for the payment and CPT TRUST INSTITUTE needs to STOP being unprofessional towards the client and remember the Goals for the the client. Five Months for one payment for a Credit Card payment damages my Credit Score!!!!!!! INSTITUTE CPT TRUST needs more improvement for the future. I've been with CPT TRUST INSTITUTE 7-years. I hope for the Future of the Client we can receive better service for the Disabled people, who needs to be treated with respect as humans with a Disability. RESPONSIBLE for our Money. When there is an issue that needs resolving or help/clarification is needed, it is next to impossible to get anyone to return a call or reply to an email. It is nothing but a stressful displeasure of having to jump through hoops to get any kind of answer to straight forward questions and requests."
