"I bought a used, dirty, rusty, sticker filled Elux ebike from a friend. I was going to go check out a few local shops. But I walked in, spoke to Caleb, and knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. He talked me through everything, options, prices, numbers... He took that ebike and it 2 days I was back picking up that ebike. I barely recognized it. New tires, seat, stickers all off, all lubed up. It looked great! I highly recommend going into Epic. Great clean store and shop. Friendly people, good prices. Ask for Caleb! He's awesome. Nice, genuine, always ready to help, answer your calls and any questions. The bike is great I got a matte red hustler and it’s comfortable, brakes well, rides well and the speed is great.
