"Friendly staff and quick service. Did an online return of my second order in the past month. They send fishing poles out that are either used or assembled defectively. Only getting three stars because of their friendly staff and no hassle return."
"They charge almost 10 dollars for standard shipping to ship 15 feet of 16 gauge wire then dont even ship it out within one week when its in stock. I emailed them and got no response so called and had a guy tell me it would ship the same day and it didn't. Their customer service department is garbage."
