"I thought I had found a gem for an apartment signing my first lease two years ago my rent for my first year was very reasonable for someone who is on disability and fixed income. I was upset last year when my rent was raised from 1427 to 1541 for a one bedroom apartment being disabled it would’ve been difficult for me to move, so I accepted the large rent increase and I just received my rent increase for next year and it has went up to 1634 so in two years my rent has went up over $200 for someone who has a disability I will not be able to stay at my apartment at this rate, it seems to me they get to enjoy this apartment community and just raise the rents at enormous amounts each year. It is very unfortunate that they don’t seem to value their current renters or in my case, my disability, and unable to pay the rent, they have offered very disappointing!!! Be very careful signing up to live at this place as it is a beautiful place but they get you in and then they break the bank!!!"
"This has been the best place I have lived! The landlord is the sweetest person, the apartments are bright; beautiful; and well laid out, and it's in a prime location. The only issue I have is the fact that there is a fee to check-out the community room."

"We lived here for 2 years before purchasing a home, and can confidently say this was the best rental experience we had in the Madison-area (and we lived in various apartments/rentals over a combined 16 years!!). Management was always quick to respond to queries/requests, the buildings were well-maintained and cleaned frequently, and the amenities were above average (clean pool, good gym equipment, clean/bright parking facilities). If you're looking for a home, check this place out - and say "Hello" to Kullen for us :)"
