From the move-in process, through [the few] maintenance requests, to moving-out due to a job transfer, the staff at Plankinton Lofts continuously went out of their way to be accommodating and efficient. The Property Manager, Stacy, was always responsive, helpful, and caring. It felt like true "Midwestern" Hospitality anytime I interacted with the property management company. The apartments are spacious, quiet, and secure. The building stays warm because of how thick the walls are, making winter the cheapest utility months, which is practically unheard of in Wisconsin!
