"I lived at Granary Lofts for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The building is conveniently located within walking distance of many trendy restaurants, breweries, and night life hotspots. As young person walking her dogs at night, I always felt safe walking by the river and through Walker’s Point. The apartments, gym, upper deck, and community room are absolutely gorgeous, made with high-quality materials, and you cannot hear anything through the thick walls! The maintenance team does a superb job of keeping the property well manicured and clean. The best part of living at Granary Lofts was the property management team (shout out to Jory, Jennifer, and especially Marie). They all are incredibly kind, helpful, and respond to all communications promptly. Anyone who rents knows that a landlord can make or break one’s living experience, and I can proudly say that they made mine an absolute dream come true. I highly recommend living at Granary Lofts!"

"I lived at Granary Lofts for the last two years. The building and amenities are very nice and the best I have experienced in the Milwaukee area. The gym is well equipped and has a beautiful view. The third floor outdoor area with the fireplace overlooking the river and downtown is also beautiful. One of the best parts of the building was having a great property manager, Marie. She went above and beyond with helping and answering any questions I had especially about the move out process. The building feels extremely safe and is always clean. Whenever friends or family came over to visit, I’d receive many compliments on the building and the views. I lived on the 8th floor facing south and the views were unbelievable.
