"Best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I had nothing short of a wonderful experience and not one problem the entire three years I was here. Any maintenance needs were handled promptly and done well. Management is great, the owners are kind. Building is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Beautiful rooftop garden to enjoy. Great location. I could not recommend a better place to live."
"My girlfriend and I lived in Bridgeview Apartments for the year of 2018-2019. I did extensive research on the apartments in this area (and many other areas of Milwaukee) prior to moving in. We are so happy we chose Bridgeview. You will not find a better apartment location, nor an apartment with the amenities of Bridgeview for the price. The only issues we had were in the beginning of our lease with the property manager Shelly. Mid way through the year South Water Works got a new property manager, Jori, who is absolutely wonderful. Ever since the new property manager has been at South Water Works we have had absolutely nothing to complain about. Beautiful building and beautiful area - we were sad to have had to go."

"I lived at Building 6 for 3 years and loved the apartment. The building was always clean and it was a quiet building. The management is excellent and maintenance repairs are dealt with quickly. They have a good number of guest parking passes that you can request if you have someone coming up for the weekend, which is very nice! Also, the apartment is located in a great location. A two minute walk and you are in the third ward and then the other way you have some of the best restaurants and bars in the city! Would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to live in Milwaukee!"
