"Outdated apartments, and will revamp at the cost of past tenants. I would avoid this complex at all cost. Add - Yes, although I was not a resident, I visited family members many times. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom and took years to repair, the bathroom light never worked, closet doors never on track, etc. Then, to be charged for wear and tear for what should be a business cost, it was very discouraging to recommend your complex to anyone."

"Zero Stars! Do Not Rent from this place! I was accidently locked out of my apartment and called emergency maintenance, which provides emergency lockout service. They demanded that I have $50 in cash before they would come, though I had a young child with me, have never been locked out before, and I pay my rent on time. I told them I would have to get cash as I do not have the cash on me. They finally agreed and I was followed to the ATM, then harassed about the money outside my car. I had to beg them to come because the maintenance guy stated that he does not get paid to do that and he has a family to take care of and would need the money first. Apparently the company does not pay its workers for services that it lists on the lease. He had no concern that I had a child with me and told me to stay in my hallway overnight until normal business hours. I am appalled."

"I lived here years ago with my fiance and newborn twins. Loved the size of my apartment, and the balcony was a bonus. Horrible management. I got out of my lease with my full security deposit because THE CEILING FELL IN, IN EVERY ROOM EXCEPT THE MASTER! My daughter was laying in her crib sleeping, and I decided to wake her up because of a bad feeling I had. No more than 10 minutes later the ceiling caved in right over her bed. They're lucky I was too young and dumb not to sue."

"I moved in 2017 and out in 2018 yup just one year. I couldn’t let my baby that was a few months old crawl because it was spiders everywhere I tried spraying etc and the spiders were still there. Not to mention you come in after dark you better walk with your head down at the grown to make sure there are not rats. I had a rat almost run across my feet a sec and a step sooner it would have. Also there are no freaking cameras my package was stolen twice from in front of my apartment door and the office gave 0 f’s. My mailbox lock kept messing up so mailbox would be open for days until it was fixed. I had to get out of there ASAP I couldn’t stay another year in that spider infested and rat running package stealing place. I called about the reviews before I moved in and don’t believe when they tell you oh that person never stayed here like they did me when I bought up other reviews..."

"it was my first apartment in Wisconsin and I will have to say that my standards have increased a lot because they were horrible. The apartment was nice size but we had plenty spiders all the time when we first moved in we ended up spraying ourselves. Then most of our outlets didn't work they were loose and we kept telling them that was a hazard they told us not to use them that they would have to call an electrician to fix that problem never did. then our boys room electrical socket was under a leaking window that had wood-rot they said it wasn't a big deal. Oh did I say our ceiling fell in our bathroom so we had a hole and they literally said it was ok to take a shower and I was then 2 months pregnant....that was the straw that broke the camels back. But we paid our rent on time wasn't loud and they let you smoke as long as they get paid....I only liked the rooms were decent size other than that i will never live there again...we had to break our lease"
