"Called the Irvine spectrum store and didn’t answer, then I called the Brea store and they answered. I spoke with Michael and he was very friendly over the phone so I drove to them (20 min out of my way). I was then helped by Mario who was beyond helpful and also very patient. I had my 2 year old with me as we were shopping for my 12 year old daughter. Not once did I feel like I was wasting his time and he made my daughter feel comfortable with what she wanted to order. We originally showed up to purchase 1 pair and ended up purchasing 3 because of hos great customer service."
