Southfield Apartments

"I have been living at Southfield Apartments for a long time. The location is great and so is the property. They have great amenities including gym, pool, laundry, garage and my favorite is my own entry to my apartment. The staff is very nice and helpful especially when I broke my leg. The maintenance staff was so nice and would help me any way they could, if they saw me outside struggling to get the snow off my car they would come over and help. My neighbors have been so great and we are always looking out for each other."

"I lived here for 2 years and had no issues, besides the fact that our neighbor was a flamboyant Cowgirls fan. Fortunately, we "ran the table" that year before beating them in Dallas in the playoffs. The apartments are conveniently located off the freeway for easy access to anywhere in the Milwaukee area."

"I have been here 7 years and the main reasons: 1: just off the expressway and convenient for shopping and close to other family members 2: Staff is very responsive to requests for services as well as being very friendly and helpful. I know they are only a call away. 3: There are multiple opportunities to get to know your neighbors with little get togethers at the clubhouse. 4: Having the clubhouse available to rent for parties that is a great help for getting the family together."

"My Name is Gabriel and I have lived here for just around 6.5 months this has been amazing living here me and my fiance have never had such a great experience with everyone in apparent community. We also love the fact that no matter the situation the office hears our concerns Hayley has always kept us informed on event happening in the apartment complex and the events we have been part of have been extremely fun especially when out puppy can also come enjoy with us thank you to all that work here for making this a family community."

"I highly recommend renting a unit at Southfield. My husband and I have been here for about two years and we have never had any issues. The office leasing staff are SO kind and helpful. They are also always very friendly to our puppy. The whole neighborhood is very dog friendly and has different waste bag stations around with garbage cans for pet waste. Having a garage and an outdoor spot is great for my husband and I. Not to mention there is a pool, gym, and laundry on site (if you don’t have it in unit). The laundry room was recently updated to be able to pay through an app instead of using quarter which is a big help too! (Quarter machines are still available at the moment as well). Everyone is friendly and the whole property is beautiful to walk around in nice weather. If you ever have any issues the staff are always right on top of it. Thank you Southfield!❤️"
